Buying Disabled, is this normal?

Yes, this is completely normal and expected for potentially severe downtrending market conditions.

If we just had a dip in the overall market, and prices were downtrending, then one of the Triggers in the template disabled buying on your hopper as a fail safe to prevent excess losses. 

Once the conditions become more favorable, the "Enable Buying" trigger will enable your hopper to buy again automatically.
